We thrive on what is important to YOU. Whether that’s more time, more money or more of both, our proven systems work. We have helped dentists grow their practices by an average of 39% – we can do that for you too!
We’ve worked with hundreds of dentists, dentists that are just like you – who believe in the potential of their practice but need help to realize that potential. Our coaching program breaks the mold of traditional dental consulting and offers a way to better understand your practice. With the help of seasoned dental coaches and analytics, you are able to make strategic decisions that impact not only your practice but your life and the lives of your team members.
Dentistry has evolved and at Shared Practices we have developed proven business solutions to meet any challenge that comes your way. For most dentists, the clinical part comes easy. What’s challenging is all the other aspects of being a dental entrepreneur. Many dentists try to implement systems and train their teams on their own. It may take years to figure it all out. With the help of a coach, that time could be substantially reduced so you can live your vision sooner.
Starting a practice can be challenging and overwhelming. Our Coaching Team of experts guide you through this complex process in a systematic and seamless manner. Once you have chosen your ideal location and have built-out your dream practice, we can help put all the rest of the pieces in place to ensure you can hit the ground running.
It is our goal that the systems we implement with the team are ones that outlive the practice. All of our core processes, scripts and tools are documented so as the practice grows, the processes can be adopted by any new team members.
As former Office Managers and Regional Managers, our coaches have extensive experience in not only general dental practices but also in specialty environments. The experience is derived from having worked in these specialty environments. Since dentistry has changed over the years, specialists have had to adopt various ways of marketing and obtaining new patients. Are you fully equipped to handle these changes? Our coaching team has the know-how to provide the solutions and training needed to have your specialty office thrive.
Shared Practices doctors are an advanced group of individuals who envision being business owners and not simply owning a job. Our coaching principles include implementing a hygiene- led growth approach so the practice is less dependent on the doctor owner. We tap into the potential of the hygiene department, maximize that potential so it becomes a profitable department, allowing the owner doctor more flexibility in addition to more income.
The coaching at Shared Practices is not like the average coaching. Thank Goodness! Most coaching programs will FAIL you. Because they use cookie-cutter advice and industry standard benchmarks. At Shared Practices, we don’t use templated approaches or a one-size fits all approach because that won’t grow your practice.
With one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs, our coaches work with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, set realistic and measurable goals, and develop a plan to help you achieve them.
Ask yourself – Is what I’m doing now PROFITABLE? Is it SIMPLE? Is it SUSTAINABLE?
If you’ve answered “no” to any one of the above questions, you may be jeopardizing long term gain by implementing short term solutions. Many dentists have felt the demands of doing clinical dentistry and leading a team. More often than not building the practice has meant time away from family, added stress and a general feeling of overwhelm. Our proven systems generate an average of 39% in additional revenue so that you become more profitable. We help you work smarter and not harder, making things simpler. Our hands-on approach and training with your team ensures the systems we implement stick, so your personal and practice life feels more sustainable and less stressed.
