TraciRoland

Coach

Traci embarked on her journey in dentistry over 25 years ago working as a treatment coordinator/manager in a private practice where she honed her skills in management. It was during this time that she developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of dental practice operations.

During this transformative period, Traci was instrumental with the expansion of the organization from just four practices to an impressive network of eleven: taking on roles such as Regional Manager, Deputy Director of Operations, and Practice Acquisition Director.

Traci has found her true calling as a Practice Coach at Shared Practices. She thrives on helping dental professionals and their teams reach new heights, optimize operations, identify growth opportunities, and foster a culture of excellence. She is committed to empowering doctors and their staff to grow, improve patient care, and navigate the complexities of modern dental practice management.

The SP Story

Both the idea and the team have grown into something incredible

The Shared Practices Podcast

Our founders joined Shared Practices in early 2017 with the goal of incubating a consulting company inside of a growing audience. For the first year, SP was a podcast before it officially became a consulting company. We officially began working with doctors in 2020. And today, we’ve helped grow the most successful practices in North America.
